This expansion to the Sterling Power Plant adds a new 15 megawatt cogeneration facility in the center of the Yale University Medical Campus. The bulk of the new facility sits in an existing underground concrete structure formerly used to hold cold water. The above grade elements shape the mid-campus landscape and blend with the eclectic building context.
