Fellowship Place is a non-profit organization catering to the mentally ill and recovering alcoholics. Additions and renovations of an historic brick barn provide a members’ clubhouse for gathering, computer training and other social and occupational activities. The building is served by a ground source geothermal heating and cooling system. The Clubhouse is the first structure of a multi-phase master plan awarded a Kresge Foundation Grant for green design.
