Our master planning work divides this industrial brown-field site along the Farmington Canal municipal greenway park into three parts to provide parking, a vest pocket park and a new Chilled Water Plant. The plant will provide an additional 20,000 tons of cooling capacity required to meet the expansion and increasing cooling requirements of Yale’s Science Hill area.
