Wilson Elementary School
This new 43,000sf, 240-student elementary school uses a deep well open loop geothermal heat source for heating and air conditioning. Classrooms are grouped by age in three wings around a Center Hall multi-use space. The main corridor is punctuated with architecturally shaped nodes modulating the path and highlighting entrances to the library, music room, art room and cafeteria. Charney Architects LLC also provided complete interior design services.
